High performance four-season protection and comfort

If our Traditional bib tights are the old fashioned way, then these Paragon deep winter bib-tights are the new kid on the block. Created using a strategic mix of fabrics that stretch in the right direction in the right places. Waterproof, windproof, and ready for anything.

Fleece lined Roubaix is used throughout the rear panelling for stretch and warmth, whilst a super effective 3-ply membrane that is wind and waterproof is used down the front side. This protective panelling runs right the way from ankle, over the shins to the upper thigh and around the hips, protecting your legs from road spray and cold piercing winds. If you've ever been riding in the rain into a headwind you'll know this is welcome! The Roubaix insulation reaches up to the lower back too. These bibs will form an integral part of your overall layering system.

Designed to be worn for both hard efforts and long days out in all weather conditions. Paired with a long distance high performing pad rated at 8+ hrs ride time.

  • Windproof panelling down leading edge
  • DWR Roubaix on rear side for comfort
  • Paragon winter long distance pad
  • Mesh + compression strap bib top
  • Temperature range -5 to 10 degrees

Behind The Seams

Where Ideas Become Reality

From the first sketch to the pattern table, every Lusso piece begins its journey here in our Manchester Factory. Nothing is outsourced — we use the skills we've developed over the last 40 years of innovating.

Fabric First

We hand-select every fabric for each garment to ensure it performs perfectly for its purpose— before we cut a single panel.

Made in Manchester, by Us

Unlike most brands who outsource production abroad, we make every piece right here. That means better quality, faster innovation, and fair wages for our team.

Precision in Every Cut

In-house advanced CNC manufacturing gives us complete control over every detail. No corners cut (literally). No compromises.

Prototypes with Purpose

Before you wear it, we test, tweak, and refine it. Every Lusso garment is the result of relentless experimentation and perfection.

Real-World Tested

We don’t stop at the sewing machine. Every garment is tested by real riders — on real rides — to ensure it performs where it matters.

Checked, Rechecked, Perfected

Before anything leaves our Manchester Factory, it’s personally inspected by our team to guarantee Lusso quality on every ride.

From our Factory to your Door

When you buy from Lusso, you’re buying direct from the people who make your gear. That’s rare in cycling. By skipping distributors, agents, and inflated retail mark-ups, we’re able to use premium materials, obsess over the details, and deliver kit at prices that make sense.

Warmest legs ever

Wore recently in 7 degrees and my legs felt warm without being overly sweaty. Sure they could cope with much lower temps

Other than being nice and warm didn't notice i had them on. Very comfortable and not restrictive in the slightest. Every bit as good as Lusso summer bib shorts

Great for sub-zero temperature cycling!

Used these within the full range of the advertised temperature and were good through it all. Warmest bib tights I've owned, was comfortable at -5 degrees in the dark for a couple of hours but a bit too warm if above +5. Not often I'm genuinely impressed with cycling gear but these are brilliant in the very cold and wet. Wore them several days in a row too and they didn't get smelly. The chamois pad works well, plenty of support for several hours - it feels bulky when off the bike but is perfect on the bike. Only negative for me is the sizing. The XXL is very tall, legs are long and the bibs don't hold the tights up snug, and the XL feels too short on the torso. It might just be my body shape but I think having short and tall length options on sizes would accommodate more body types. Short and stocky people may struggle to get a good fit. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the sizing.
