Shipping policy
Once you have placed an order with us, a member of our dispatch team based in our Manchester factory will hand-pick, pack and dispatch your items to make sure it reaches you as soon as possible. Most orders are dispatched the same day (if ordered before 2pm) but during busier periods your order may be dispatched the following day.
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).
