What is your returns policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns of unworn items purchased from www.lusso.bike in their original condition with all original tags attached within 28 days.
Gift cards - We do not offer refunds on our gift cards but do refund monies onto a gift card if it was used as the original payment method.
Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the requested item will be available. Instead, we recommend you purchase the exchanged item separately to the return being processed.
Retailers – We are unable to accept returned items not bought directly through www.lusso.bike.
*Please note that we're not able to issue refunds for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returned outside of the returns period, or are without their original tags and reserve the right to refuse these items. We will notify you if this is the case and ask that you arrange delivery of your order back to your address at your own cost.
What about if my item is Faulty/ Damaged?
Lusso is proud of the fact that our garments are hand-made in Manchester and have been since 1982. But we are also human, and from time to time we acknowledge that products can leave our factory with a manufacturing fault. If you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that have deteriorated due to excessive/ long term use are not considered faulty.
If your item is damaged please read our Repairs Service.
*Please note that all faulty items must be washed before being returned. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in them being sent back to the sender.
What is your returns Process?
UK returns: are quick and easy through our returns portal with Royal Mail.
- Create your returns label here and attach it to the outside of your parcel
- Take your parcel to your local Post Office
- Ask for a Proof of Postage receipt and keep it until you have received an update from us via email
*Please note this service is not free and a fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund total. This service typically takes between 4-6 working days to be delivered to our returns department.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own returns method at your own expense. Please include your paper invoice or a copy of your order number and send to:

International Returns: Please get in touch with our returns department at email@example.com with your order number and details of which items you are wanting to return. We will then get back in touch with a DHL prepaid returns label.
We will deduct the following amount from your refund total to help cover the cost of the return:
Rest of World: £25
