Very happy to have found these (shouts to Road.cc for the very helpful reviews). Most noticeable immediately is the really good quality material; just the right amount of compression; superb chamois (on the firm side, so thinner than most, and not "diaper-y" as some bibs can be); and very comfortable straps and subtle but perfectly effective leg grippers. Possibly the best bibs I've ever worn for keeping the male bits comfy on long rides. The shipping to Canada (yes) was prompt (about 2 weeks, which is reasonable), and the £95 turns into about CDN$140 when all is said & done – at that price I think this is a terrific piece of kit. Highly recommended.
At 181 cm & 80kg & medium/slim build the large is a perfect fit for me; shorter riders may find the leg length a little long.
All I ask is – don't change them! I'll be buying these for years to come.

Really nice pair of shorts, bought mainly because there are made in the UK. Really good comfortable fit I'm 183cm & 71kg bought the large but exchanged for medium which quick & without fuss. Only been out on a 1 hour ride so far & I'm really please with them. I will be buying more Lusso shorts.

Lusso bibs, Pro gel and these carbons have been my go to shorts for years. Great for two hours to ten hours. Tried a different brand once about 15 years ago mistake.. They last me about 15000 km, 2 years brilliant kit.

After years of wearing the same brand of bibshorts the manufacturer updated the how they stitched the seams and made them somewhat painful to wear. I tried the Carbon V2 bibshorts as I have a Lusso winter jacket and gloves that I have been very happy with. After a couple of rides in these bibshorts I can only say they are the most comfortable I have ever owned. After I get used to them being that bit longer than I have been used to they will probably to be what I replace my other bibs with as each pair wear out,

I ordered two pairs on a Sunday evening. They were delivered two days later on Tuesday morning. I was slightly concerned about sizing, I am usually a medium but the size chart suggested that for Lusso I was (just) a large. I am 5 feet 11 inches tall, have a 33 inch waist and weigh 74 kg. Large turned out to be a perfect fit. At first sight the pad seems big and thick and it does feel slightly unusual when standing, but as soon as you sit on the bike it becomes much less noticeable and feels very natural. I have done a couple of 3 hour rides since getting these and they were very comfortable. The quality of manufacture is obvious just by looking at the stitching. As I have got older (63 now) the quality of shorts seems to be getting increasingly important and I am delighted with these. I will be looking for some bib tights with the same pad for next winter.
