Not just another lightweight windproof layer- the Perform Insulated gilet does much more than that.

We wanted to design a product that has the same warmth and wind protection as our perform winter jackets, whilst still being light enough to pack away into a back pocket. A versatile layer that you can wear all day in Spring and Autumn, or pop on for colder periods of your ride.

All of the wind facing panels of the gilet are made from a lighter-weight version of the water/windproof Windtex material we use on our winter jackets, offering the same protection from the elements but with a more breathable interior face. This includes the front, collar and upper back.

We used our Paragon Thermal Fleece on the sides and lower back to add stretch, warmth and achieve a better fit. We also lined the inside of the collar so the soft fleece is against your skin for improved comfort. The tail is also dropped to catch some of the road spray and to cover over your layers underneath.

The gilet features 3 large rear cargo pockets, so you can load this garment up with supplies and wear it all day, without having to reach for pockets on layers underneath. The pockets are fleece lined which stops objects from rattling around, and provide a perfect hand warmer if it gets a bit frosty!

Reflective charcoal trims adorn the waist, pockets and armholes giving you 360 degree visibility on the road. 

The label inside the neck makes it easy to hang the gilet up to dry after use.
