What is your returns policy?

We offer quick and easy returns. Use the button above to log in to your account and initiate a returns request. A £3.99 charge will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the returns shipping costs when using our Royal Mail portal. This fee will be wavered if you have requested an exchange and we have the replacement garment in stock.

We hope you love your new Lusso purchase, but If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns of unworn items purchased from in their original condition. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.

As a small business dealing with returns is very costly to our operations, so treat your Lusso kit like you love it and only return items if you have to. We are not a fast fashion brand and make clothing to last. If there is a fault or your garment has become damaged, we may be able to repair or replace your garment instead. Please read our Repairs policy for more details.

Gift cards - We do not offer refunds on our gift cards but do refund monies onto a gift card if it was used as the original payment method.

Exchanges – We offer FREE exchanges. You can initiate an exchange when processing a return by requesting the replacement garment in the notes section when submitting your return or by placing a note inside the parcel. We cannot guarantee that the requested item will be in stock at the time the return is processed, in which case a full refund will be issued, minus the £3.99 return postage charge.

Retailers – We are unable to accept returned items not bought directly through

*Please note that we're not able to issue refunds for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returned outside of the returns period, or are without their original tags and reserve the right to refuse these items or charge a restocking fee of £2 to replace swing tags/ packaging. Items that are end-of-line or appear in the "archive" section cannot be returned either. We will notify you if this is the case and ask that you arrange delivery of your order back to your address at your own cost.


What about if my item is Faulty/ Damaged?


Lusso is proud of the fact that our garments are hand-made in Manchester and have been since 1982. We make stuff to last, so if you think there is a manufacturing fault with your garment please get in touch. Items that have deteriorated due to excessive/ long term use are not considered faulty.

*Please note that all faulty items must be washed before being returned. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in them being sent back to the sender.


What is your returns Process?


UK returns: Log into your account to initiate a return here using the email you used when purchasing the item(s) in question.

International Returns: Please get in touch with our returns department at with your order number and details of which items you are wanting to return. We will then be in touch with your return options.


*Please note we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. The liability for your return is yours until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

Original postage costs are not refundable.
