Our crowd-pleasing Carbon V2 bibs just got an upgrade. Now made from recycled materials and a more durable mesh top, but with the same classic Carbon fit, feel and PERFORMance. 

The carbon v2 bib shorts have been our best-selling bibs for the last 5 years and are the only shorts to receive a 10/10 rating from road.cc So we had to think long and hard about any improvements we could make. Rather than focusing on the fit and feel which you have come to love and expect, we turned our attention to the components that make them a wardrobe essential. Recycled fabrics now make up the shorts, whilst retaining the suppleness and stretch that make these bibs fit like an instant classic. A new material has been used to make up the mesh bib top with an improved fibre content. High polypropylene content makes the mesh lighter, softer and more durable than its predecessor, perfect for a pair of daily essentials. It also wicks sweat away faster and is exclusively used on these bib shorts. The extra wide sewn on grippers are directly woven with silicon for stability during your toughest sessions Paired with our Perform pad which is now made from recycled materials.

Good but not as good as previous Lusso bib shorts

Comfortable and great value

At 6' 1" and 91kg have used Castelli XXL for a few years. XL in these shorts is a good fit. Plenty (perhaps too much) room around the waist and a comfortable pad that comes up higher at the front than other brands. They feel great on the bike and look good at the cafe. Blue makes a change and will most probably buy another colour as well

Nice and comfy

Better fit and more comfortable than my other bib shorts so worth the extra cost. Have used for rides of 6 hours and so far so good. For longer rides would consider the more expensive ones. Will be buying again. And the blue colour is great.

Excellent bib shorts

I’m relatively new to cycling but I have tried most of the ‘top’ brands when it comes to bib shorts and riding gear, at first I was a bit disappointed with these, I didn’t feel like the quality was as good the fit was a bit different to what I was used but I like to give things a good test and the more I wear these the better they get. The longest ride I have done in these is close to 7 hours and the comfort is unrivalled in my opinion! I have already ordered more. Great bit of kit
