Aqua Pro Extreme Jacket - Orange

This was at the time a major purchase of clothing but worth every penny. Used it over the Winter and early Spring season's. It is a lovely fit and kept me warm on the coldest and windiest days. Very happy.

Purchase this jacket a couple of days ago and I have just returned from a very windy and cold 50k ride with of temperature 1c but felt like -5c (according to Strava). The jacket was brilliant, at no point did I feel cold nor could I feel any effect of the wind through the jacket. It made me feel comfortable, not cold and not hot which for me was ideal. I only wore a thermal base layer underneath and that was more than enough.
Fit wise initially purchased an XL as that is what I wear in most other brands (but I am on the verge of moving to L). The XL fitted fine but when in the cycling position there was a lot of loose fabric around my stomach and the arms were pretty long. I swapped to a large and this fitted much better, the arms are still long but this actually becomes a good thing when on the bike as it made tucking into gloves very easy. If the sleeves seem long when trying on they won’t seem like that when riding.

Great jacket at a great price, very fast delivery, would highly recommend and will purchase from Lusso again in the future.

Excellent Jacket but not as warm as advertised (though I do admit this varies from person to person and how you layer). Wore it this morning on a 4 centigrade morning (real feel 1C), wet roads and a damp lingering fog riding at a decent tempo z3 with z4 hill reps. Paired it with just an Endura transrib long sleeve base layer and felt on the coolside though not freezing.

That aside, it is an excellent fitting Jacket, the black & orange leaves motorists no "sorry mate i did not see you" excuse, throw in the highly effective reflectives and the great pockets and I can see this rapidly becoming my goto winter jacket. As yet I can't vouch for how it handles rain but I'm confident it will be up to the job.

Having waited patiently for the jacket to be back in stock in my size I am glad I held on and didn’t purchase elsewhere.

The night and day difference between this and other items I’d been wearing in the cold really is impressive. The jacket is comfortable, warm, and as I’m a taller rider at 6ft 6 the extra tail really makes a difference.

The rear zipper pocket is also large enough to comfortably take my phone which is the first cycling jersey where this has been the case.

I would not hesitate to recommend this to any of my friends should they be needing a new winter jacket. Along with the great customer service from the team replying to questions I had on re stocking in my size and swift delivery I couldn’t be happier.

I wore this jacket for the first time this morning so this is a first impression.
I'm 6'2" 15 stone with a 43 inch chest, I bought the XL and the fit is perfect. It was between 0 & 4 degrees this morning with wind chill making it between -6 & -2 degrees. I wore it with a long sleeved merino baselayer and a pair off Lusso Termico Bib tights.
I was as warm as toast throughout the ride, the quilted front working brilliantly when cycling into the wind. The breathability is excellent with any sweat migrating through the jackets membrane easily, making a very comfortable ride and also not feeling cold when stopped for a coffee and bacon sarnie.
The waterproofness is yet to be tested but I'm feeling confident that it will perform as well as the jacket has already.
Overall I'm extremely impressed with the jacket and highly recommend it, hence the 5 stars.
